1. Course Access and Refund Eligibility

  • Digital Courses: Once access to a course has been provided, we do not offer refunds for digital courses unless otherwise specified.

  • Refund Eligibility: A refund may be considered if you experience issues accessing the course due to technical problems on our end, or if the course does not meet the description or content listed on the site.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a refund request, please send an email to support@edtech-training.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Any supporting documentation or evidence (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If you have already accessed more than 50% of the course content.

  • If you have received a certificate of completion or completed the course requirements.

  • If you requested a refund after the 14-day period has passed.

  • If you have violated our Terms and Conditions or engaged in any misconduct during the course.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
